The Cleaning Service Client-Acquisition System

These are the terms and conditions pertaining to the Cleaning Service Client-Acquisition System and any services rendered in connection with it.

 

Price guarantee for your subscription

The price per part for your subscription will be fixed for the duration of your subscription, remaining the same for as long as you continue your subscription without any unscheduled breaks. (You can take scheduled breaks within your subscription, as explained further down.)

However, please note that any extension of subscription schedule will automatically cause you to lose the set per-part price and any further parts will be charged at normal rate of $297.00 per part (with the exception of Part 12 whose normal price is $697.00).

Therefore, before you terminate your subscription, please consider whether you actually want to continue it later and, if so, go for a scheduled break in the subscription schedule.

You can take a scheduled break in your subscription by informing us of this latest four days prior to your next scheduled delivery date. Such an agreed upon scheduled break in the schedule can only be maximum three months and you must bind yourself to receiving / purchasing the next part of your Cleaning Service Client-Acquisition System after the break (for which part you give up your right to terminate so that that part will be delivered at the set date and right to termination is again yours after delivery and payment of that part).

You can take maximally THREE scheduled breaks during your subscription. This way, you can extend the delivery for six further months so it is 18 months instead of 12.

Please contact us if you require to take a scheduled break in your subscription.

 

Termination of subscription

You can terminate your subscription of the Cleaning Service Client-Acquisition System at any time provided that...

- your termination notice comes in writing and from the person who subscribed to the course, giving your unique Client ID. Termination by e-mail is fine as long as it contains the Client ID and is sent from the same e-mail address which you've given us for the deliveries.
- your termination arrives with a notice of four business days before your next scheduled delivery date. Your monthly delivery date is the day you made your order initially.

Any termination arriving LATER than four business days prior to billing date will take effect after the next billing and delivery of the next part of your Cleaning Service Client-Acquisition System. Please note that the term "business day" means working days (excluding bank holidays) and not weekend days.

With termination of subscription your right to the reduced subscription-based price ceases and similarly any consulting time left over is null and void.

 

Consulting

The consulting included in the Cleaning Service Client-Acquisition System is an additional bonus given free of charge to the subscriber.

To USE this time, the client is responsible for contacting us by e-mail or telephone and it is up to the client's activity to ensure it gets used.

This consulting time is available for the duration of the subscription only and to those who've paid for the parts they've received. After termination, the client has lost the right to this time and it is no longer available.

If your consulting time EXCEEDS the time you have available from us - be it the free consultation time given with the course or a consultation package you've purchased - the remaining time will be invoiced at regular hourly consulting rates and you are responsible for paying it, regardless of the status of your subscription of the course.

If you use the time, you pay for it too, in other words.

We are responsible for offering a new consultation package at a reduced rate as an alternative but if you don't respond to the offer within 48 hours, the used consultation time will be billed as stated.

If you wish us to perform marketing, advertising or web design tasks - or any other related tasks - these will be charged as consulting time minute per minute, whether or not you are directly informed of it or not.

Please make a note that any asking of advice will use up consulting time - even if you send us some materials and ask to give a professional opinion on something.

With quite a few clients, it simply isn't possible to deliver free personal consulting in any form above the time given with your course. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding.

 

Refunds

The Cleaning Service Client-Acquisition System is sold as a subscription of information and, once it is timely delivered and contains the information promised, the payment for the delivered part(s) is non-refundable.

If the part(s) cannot be charged on the credit card whose details you've given for the subsription (due to the payment being refused by your credit card company or because you've not given credit card details) then you are liable for the correct invoiced amount for parts delivered.

The delivery of bonuses (additional products or services) offered on special campaigns in connection with the subscription are only delivered if you continue your paid subscription to the part with which the bonus is promised. The right to consulting time ceases immediately with termination of course subscription whether used or not until that time.

If you purchase additional consulting time in packages and do not use the whole consultation time paid in the package, the remaining time can be refunded to you if you so request but in that case, the USED time will be charged at full regular rate (not the package rate) and deducted from the package payment, with the remaining monies refunded. Any refund of withstanding consultation time is subject to you having paid the delivered Cleaning Service Client-Acquisition System parts prior to such refund.

 

Delivery and item of sale

Delivery of each parts occurs by sending you an email giving the downloading instructions and access to the part of the Cleaning Service Client-Acquisition System (and any of its additional downloads or bonuses) within that e-mail.

The email is sent to the email address you've give when subscribing and it your responsibility to inform us if you do NOT receive the downloading delivery message on the billing/delivery date of your schedule (the day of the month you ordered the course or, if between 29-31 of the month, the last day of the calendar month). Similarly, it is your responsibility to inform us if that e-mail doesn't work any longer or if you wish to give us a new email-address for the delivery.

Delivery is considered a fact when HDK Consultants Ltd has proof of having sent the email to the email-address you've given upon subscribing.

If this proof exists (in form of our in-house administrative records and/or message to that email-address in our "Sent" file of email software) but you've NOT received the messages then the rule is that HDK Consultants Ltd will simply RESEND these messages for each part and/or mail the downloading addresses to you. Under no circumstances does a claim of not having received access to the parts of your course already invoiced be basis for deciding not to accept access or not paying for these parts.

The item of sale is the giving of ACCESS to the electronic files containing the materials (and additional downloads and/or bonuses promised) to scheduled parts of Cleaning Service Client-Acquisition System. This has occurred once HDK Consultants Ltd has proof of having sent an email containig access to the part of the course in question.

Wheter or not you've read the materials, like or dislike them, find the materials useful or not... none of these has any bearing to the refund aspect of the subscription but we only go by the fact of proven delivery which is ACCESS to the materials and nothing else.

If forever what reason you cannot access the information then you must 1) inform us of this in writing (email is fine), and 2) allow for four business days for us to deliver the access to you before any breach of delivery can be claimed to exist. If you do not inform us about not being able to access the materials then you've confirmed thus that you have had access. (This in terms of refunds only — obviously we help our subscribers to obtain any part or parts they've misplaced and so on!)

 

Responsibility for results

We will do all in our power to help you to get results. But it needs to be understood that ultimately, results will depend on your own activity level, natural abilities, willingness to use the system and thoroughness in applying the instructions precisely and also your willingness to report the problems and results accurately to us in any troubleshooting consultation.

We cannot be responsible for your cleaning company's success, in other words. Only you can affect the outcome of that.

Basically, we are responsible for giving you the tools and support to get results with - and you are responsible for getting the results. It is your business and the goal is to help you become totally independent and able in obtaining new clients whenever you want. But it will take some determination and hard work - and that part is up to you.

 

Legal disclaimer

HDK Consultants Ltd disclaims any legal liability on the results of our client using the systems and tools within the Cleaning Service Client-Acquisition System. These are intended as directions and suggestions based on what has worked in marketing contract cleaning services and it is the client's responsibility to ensure any system complies with any rulings regulating his profession or activity in his region. By purchasing / subscribing to the course the subscriber agrees to these terms and conditions and accepts the value of the knowledge in good faith.

 

Spirit of assignment / intent of contract

The intent of the cooperation is to give to the client sufficient systems, tools, methods, marketing knowhow and support to create a functional marketing & sales activity for the client's cleaning company with long-term permanence and profitability.

It is understood by both parties that such long-term permanence in creating a functional system of obtaining new clients is not easily achieved and requires a 12-month project and may require additional consulting even after that should problems persist. Every problem can be solved but only with full cooperation between the two parties and your own full willingness to find the solution. The Cleaning Service Client-Acquisition System has been created so that NO additional help is needed and it contains ALL the systems, tools and instructions to run the system independently. However, some clients and some solutions may require additional consultation from us in which case it is up to you to decide whether or not you want to use our services for that.

While we have the experience of having used this system and troubleshooting it, we are only selling the materials and cannot be held responsible for the results. We also reserve the right to NOT sell / offer additional consultation at times.

We will do everything in our power to help you but only if you are willing to communicate about the problem and accept the help in the form we feel is needed for the solution.

 

Success ratios

Success ratios quoted on this site are not guaranteed to clients automatically or otherwise. Again, to achieve high success ratio requires precise application and a willingness to continue and do whatever it takes to reach a sufficient success ratio in prospecting and sales.

The minimum closing ratio you should demand from yourself (once past the beginning phase so you've learned to use the tools) is about 25-33 percent in terms of sales and 5-15% in terms of prospecting (using the telemarketing approach). In other words, in prospecting you should strive to get 5-15 prospects out of every 100 decision-makers contacted with the telemarketing speech in your area and, of these prospects found, a quarter to third should end up signing onto your services.

The best prospecting ratios are above 20% and the best closing ratios as high as 80 percent.

However, no guarantee is given for your success ratio. It is dependent on the use of the precise approach that we give in the assignment, your dedication to its usage and reacting to the contacts. We will give you all the support with which to succeed but we cannot do your part.

 

Ownership, right of use, copyright and license to the HDK Consultant Ltd systems and tools

The copyright to your Cleaning Service Client-Acquisition System is owned by us. By purchasing the course, you get a licence to use these tools, systems and materials ONLY for marketing your own cleaning company in marketing and selling your own cleaning services.

This right is for one cleaning company only. The right is not transferable and you are not allowed to resell your Cleaning Service Client-Acquisition System in any shape or form.

Under no circumstances, regardless of any other term or condition, do you receive a right to use these materials or any part thereof for delivering marketing services for other cleaning companies or to acquire contract cleaning clients or prospects for other cleaning companies or ANY third party, no matter whether delivered for a fee or not, as a service or by way of giving the materials to the possession of another, whether with or without the purpose of these being used for marketing.

Effective date: September 16, 2003 onwards.
